In December 2020, Jim Jeske received his stage 4 lung cancer diagnosis, which marked the beginning of his battle with the disease. He persisted in coaching basketball at Bismarck State College despite his condition, utilizing his platform to share a message of thanks and lung cancer awareness. He developed into a mentor for his group, teaching them the value of tenacity and tenacity. Even though Jeske’s body responded favorably to the medication, he lost the battle with the illness on Wednesday and passed away.
Tresh Jeske, his wife, and their three children predeceased Jeske. He will always be regarded as a loving, devoted coach and instructor who encouraged everyone around him to seek perfection.
